Privately owned points-of-sale

In addition to our Service Centers, you will find many privately owned points-of-sale in Nuremberg – for example, in newspaper kiosks or stationary shops.

You will easily recognize an authorized private point-of-sale by our logo.

NürnbergMOBIL-App

The NürnbergMOBIL-App (NüMO-App) connects all the different kinds of public transport options in the Greater Nuremberg area, to ensure you the easiest way to travel. As the NüMO-App is a constantly growing Service, many more kinds of transport will be included in the future. You can find the NüMO-App for Android or iOS.

App VGN Timetable and Tickets

The VGN App holds all of the timetables and information on your most important public transport vehicles. You can access them on the go and buy your ticket online. You can find the app in the App Store and on Google Play.

Onlineshop

Most of our tickets can also be purchased via our online shop. In some cases, they might actually be cheaper than on other platforms.

Please note that Season Tickets are only available in our Service Centers or in the VAG OnlineShop.
Of course, you can buy your ticket at one of our ticket vending machines placed in all of our underground and tram stations. At the ticket machines you can pay cash or by credit card.
You can also buy single and day tickets directly from the bus driver upon entering the vehicle.
