Do you want to find the next point-of-sale for VAG tickets, or get comprehensive personal guidance? Just come to one of our points-of-sale or visit the VAG Customer Service Center – we are happy to help you.

Please note that Season Tickets are only available in our Service Centers or in the VAG OnlineShop.
Of course, you can buy your ticket at one of our ticket vending machines placed in all of our underground and tram stations. At the ticket machines you can pay cash or by credit card.
You can also buy single and day tickets directly from the bus driver upon entering the vehicle.
